And day 6 for me is a time to check in and notice how you've been doing this week with the

were getting ready to sit down to meditate to the point where I guide you

You're always guided as you layer together all the meditation techniques you've been exploring all week long.

And this is how I meditate myself.

When I sit down to meditate, I make sure I'm nice and comfortable, and then I will do an affirmation.

Then I love Mudra, so I do a mudra I might focus on a chakra and then I will do a

breathing technique and I do a full body guided relaxation and I do a full body guided relaxation. Now I do that for you in every single

In the morning when you wake up, just tune into how you're feeling. Notice your emotional state, notice how you feel in your body,
