Welcome to episode 3,111 of the Daily Meditation Podcast. I am Mary Meckley and as always I'm so delighted to share with you today's meditation and insight. We always start with insight that references the week's theme.

Throughout this past month and a half or so, we have been exploring themes,

having new process, difficult emotions, letting go of things that no longer serve you.

And now you've created a lot of breakthroughs for yourself, so now it's time to thrive. This is a theme by special request from Tracy a fellow meditator from

Montana and I'm going to guide you with insight from Eckhart Tole, who is a renowned author of many

reached out to me over the years to let me know what an important book this was for you and how it impacted your life.

And so as you go through your breakthrough and you're thriving this week

and remember your challenge this week is to give yourself daily

moments of presence where you focus on being mindful in the moment and I want to share with you what he has to say about

embracing the present moment he talks about when you accept the present moment as it is without resistance, this is key to finding
