One of the best ways to begin to open up to your inner wisdom is by keeping focused on the present moment.

You might find that you reflect on something that happened in the past.

That makes it difficult to focus on your intuition what you need to do now.

When you're focused on the future, worry and fear often come into play.

So it's very difficult to relax and open up to your inner sense of knowing.
