Hi friends it's Rosie here welcome to Radio Headspace and to Thursday. So as someone who has navigated countless unforeseen detours on my path, I've learned the importance of a mindful

reset. In fact, a few years back I was starting a new project and was stranded

in a sea of unmet expectations and derailed plans.

I felt like I was drifting away from my personal and professional goals.

During these moments of uncertainty I used

mindfulness to recognize my fears and patterns. Being present helped me realize

the importance of hitting the reset button and I was fortunately able to do this by taking

breaks, practicing gratitude and hugging my pets. So today, we'll explore the concept of a mindful reset.
