Thank you for having me, Casey. It's good to be here again. Well, we should say it's good to be back. So, funny story, everyone. Milan and I recorded an original episode of the podcast about a week ago and unfortunately

that's in the new space now the book is out into the world it's excited it's so funny because because I've been podcasting for five and a half years.

it's been so cool to see the way that you've articulated civil discourse and what it means to you.

So the book's called I'm Just Saying, and it's basically a book of guidelines for conducting civil discourse.

And civil discourse is this idea that we want to create common ground in the conversations that we're having in our lives.

And it's a framework and guidelines for understanding how to communicate better in a digital

setting and taking stories from my life, whether they were personal stories or stories from

entrepreneurship or like running a remote company, that I found these lessons through making

mistakes or moments of insight that I felt

were important to reflect on and that I think are important for people to be able to conduct more

impactful conversations in their lives.
