0:46.2	But for those that might not know what logistics is, I'd love for you to give a quick high
0:50.2	level of what that business is before we really dive into your story.
0:54.1	Yeah, so we're a reverse logistics provider, which almost nobody knows.
0:58.3	I didn't even know when I got into this business.
1:00.2	But most people are used to like retail product going into stores and nobody thinks
1:05.8	about what happens like when you return product and what you have to do with it.
1:09.8	So we basically are the ones that handle the product after and build out essentially
1:14.5	like a business model on the back end for, you know, large vendors primarily in the
1:20.6	home improvement sector to recover cost on dead depreciating overstock inventory.
1:25.9	I mean, if you think about to the average person,
1:28.9	it'd be like Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack, right?
