I love interviewing people and I adore getting to know somebody, what makes them tick and how they navigate the world and how they approach their lives via an informal chat, like the ones on my podcast feed. That's why I'm re-posting my conversation with Michelle Visage. She's such a thoughtful, considered interviewee and I took so much away from our conversation.
