And let me share some thoughts and feelings about a few things that have happened recently.

The first has literally just happened.

As I was setting up the camera, as I was plugging in my

microphone, I received an email. And it was from somebody from a beauty company who wanted

me to interview them on the podcast to talk about their founder story. And I'm in my year

of just being honest, even though that doesn't

always serve you well. But I just went back and said, look, I have to be honest, it's been my experience

recently that the whole kind of entrepreneurial, I didn't say formulaic, but this is what I thought in

my head. I just just said I have to be

honest I think that the listeners generally across podcasts are a little fatigued by the brand founder

story the I had an idea I had this struggle I tried to make it happen this happened then this went wrong

and then I overcame and now the brand is out there. I think that

that is a very well told story by a lot of people. And so I thought, well, I'll just go back and say,

look, that's not to say that your story isn't worth telling and it isn't a good story. It's just
