As we continue with a new year, we are in the second month of this year as I record this episode.

You may have forgotten your New Year's resolutions if you set goals for the year,

or maybe you selected a word of the year, which is what I invited you to do as we began this

And if so, I am proud of you. This week, I thought what I would guide you through is a seven-step formula

to creating a new habit. So you can set goals, you can choose a word of the year,

in order to make it happen, it's necessary to create good habits.
