reach out of your comfort zone.

I love this topic because we all need to learn this. We all need to get

better at this every day. And I'm not only talking about introverts here. I would consider myself

an extrovert, maybe a moderate extrovert, but still I'm not an introvert.

And I find a lot of the advice that Andy gives in today's lesson so useful.

Now what do we mean by reaching out of your comfort zone.

Well, primarily we're talking about social settings, not being self-conscious, not worrying

about what other people think of you, how to do the things you know you need to do in business,

but haven't because something's holding you back.
