I'm actually quite surprised how a lot of people don't talk about these things when it comes

Facebook is great for marketing. You can get really targeted. All this stuff is very true, but there are a lot of

things that they don't talk about. Like, how long does it take to actually you know hone in your ad and

actually get some conversions and make it worth your wallet and worth your

investment? Can you do this by yourself? Do you need to hire somebody and And if so, how do you hire somebody? Many people

think or present Facebook ads as something like you said it and forget it. Nothing can be

further from the truth. Facebook ads need to be constantly optimized and

changed and tweaked because you can't run the same ad months on end. At some point

you're going to oversaturate that audience and your rates for your ad are going to skyrocket.
