Yep, this past August, I hosted a Founders retreat called OSCON.

Me and my partner Cole actually planned this retreat over 18 months ago,

but because of COVID, he got postponed to this year. And boy, am I relieved that I pulled it off?

This is the first time and a long time I ran a live event.

Plus, we're just coming off the back of COVID restrictions, and there were a lot of curve balls along the way.

I'm going to share with you what I learned of the process.

Where are some of the challenges that I faced, or some of the surprises, and delightful

things that made it a successful event.

Before I jump into all the insights and things I learned along the way, pulling off this day event. Let me describe what it was.

The call I wanted to create a special event that's a little bit different than the ones we're
