Value is such an important topic and we're going to be

other lessons about this topic but this is going to be an overview of what we mean by

value and what are some things you should keep in mind when you want to

offer exceptional value to your customers.

Let's get down to business.

First of all, this is fine what I mean by value.

You hear this word value. I had a valuable experience. I felt valued.

What do I mean by this in the business sense? When you're offering exceptional value or creating

value in your business, I'm really talking about making sure your customers are

delighted with the experience of doing business with you, that you exceed their

expectations, that you go above and beyond that you over over over deliver.

So what happens when a customer feels delighted?

How does this actually happen?

Well, obviously it has to happen because they're comparing their experience with a previous experience because they have an expectation.

They say I'm expecting X and then what you do is say X plus 5,000, right?
