Our guest today is the incredible Mark Ormrod OBE. Mark is a former Royal Marine, Invictus Games Athlete, Author and Motivational Speaker. On Christmas Eve 2008 Mark triggered an improvised explosive device during a routine foot patrol, that resulted in unimaginable injuries. Injuries that resulted in a triple amputation. Mark’s mindset, and determination to not be defeated by his injuries is incredible. Since the explosion, he’s defied the odds and hasn’t owned a wheelchair since his first year of the accident.
