Summary

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Sadly, the children in Uvalde didn’t have a chance because they had armed, trained grown men with body armor who did nothing. The Uvalde school district Police Chief is a coward. Steve McGraw, Director of the Texas Public Safety Department says this response, which was delayed by over an hour, was an abject failure. Armed officers stood by under the Chief's order while children were executed. Then, the ruling class will have you think that the Bill of Rights belongs to them, the Senate, and the House, but it doesn't, it belongs to we the people. The failure of common sense cannot be cured by legislation. Fast-tracking a gun control bill to theatrically celebrate it on a particular holiday should never be the purpose of any legislation. Later, Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz joins the show to offer insight on the January 6th hearings. Dershowitz says it's indefensible and inappropriate to have such a one-sided committee alleging crimes. Dershowitz blasted the committee for falsely conflating unlawful and criminal and said that the Democrats are guilty of 'McCarthyism.' Afterward, Author Mark Paoletta joins the show to discuss his new book, "Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in his Own Words." https://www.amazon.com/Created-Equal-Clarence-Thomas-Words/dp/1684512700/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3ABAKEXHHZMJY&keywords=Created+Equal%3A+Clarence+Thomas+in+his+Own+Words&qid=1655833794&sprefix=created+equal+clarence+thomas+in+his+own+words%2Caps%2C59&sr=8-3 Paoletta says the left is trying to destroy Clarence and Ginni Thomas because they disagree politically.  JUNE 21, uvalde, Texas shooting, school, robb elementary, steve mcgraw, mcgraw, Everson, schools, scotus, supreme court, Maine, January 6, jan 6, bush v gore, FLORIDA, alan Dershowitz, Dershowitz, state legislatures, abortion, steven Colbert, Colbert, Clarence Thomas, THOMAS, Mark Paoletta, Paoletta, gun, gun legislation, gun reform Learn more about your ad choices. You know, America, these little kids, and you've all day, at that elementary school, they didn't have a chance.

1:59.4

They didn't have a chance as soon as that mass murder walked into that school. Not a chance.

2:15.4

You had grown men, armed, some even with body armor. Who did nothing? You had a police chief who was not just an incompetent, he was a coward.

2:36.4

How do you stand outside and you're armed and you're trained and you hear gunshots going off in an elementary school and literally do nothing.

3:00.4

My program is popular among others with police officers. They know I'm right because so many of them have come up to me and spoken to me.

3:14.4

This isn't how you're trained to sit around and wait. You got to go into that building and try and kill the perp. That's it.

3:34.4

Gunshot, after gunshot, after gunshot, you know there's little kids in there. The parents knew when they got there later. How do you do that?

3:52.4

Steve McGraw is director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. He was at a hearing today. Hearing they really mattered.

4:08.4

And hearing part is what he had to say. Cut one go.

4:28.4

Three minutes after the subject entered the West Building, there was a sufficient number of armed officers wearing body armor to isolate, distract and neutralize the subject.

4:40.4

The only thing stopping the hallway of dedicated officers from any room 111 and 112 was the on scene commander who decided to place the lives of officers before the lives of children.

4:54.4

The officers had weapons, the children had none, the officers had body armor, the children had none. The officers had training, the subject had none.

5:04.4

One error, 14 minutes and eight seconds. That's how long the children waited and the teachers waited in rooms 111 to be rescued.

5:16.4

And while they waited, the on scene commander waited for radio and rifles. And he waited for shields. And he waited for slot. Lastly, he waited for a key that was never needed.

5:32.4

The post-coloured mind doctrine is clear and compelling and unambiguous. Stop the killing, stop the dying. You can't do the former unless you do, you can't do the latter unless you do the former.

5:46.4

This is disgusting.

5:52.4

One hour, 14 minutes and eight seconds. One hour, 14 minutes and eight seconds.
