On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson podcast fills in for Mark. In his second term, President Trump, 99 days in, focuses on "Promises Made, Promises Kept," prioritizing border security. Illegal border encounters dropped 95%, and "gotaways" fell 99%, fulfilling his pledge to close the border. The California-Mexico border is nearly empty. Trump displayed mugshots of illegal immigrants on White House lawn signs, prompting an MSNBC reporter to claim the press was under attack.  The media were involved in the Biden illegal alien coverup and now they claim to be upset about separating illegal immigrant families. Separating families happens every day in our court system and the media’s not upset about that. This is all fake outrage. Meanwhile, Axios’ Alex Thompson said that the media, including himself, should have done a better job of reporting on Biden’s decline. They were part of the coverup and now they're trying to rewrite history. Also, AG Pam Bondi revealed that a DEA raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs resulted in the arrest of 114 illegal immigrants, with the club linked to drug trafficking, prostitution, and violent crimes. The Trump administration has been monitoring the club after learning that the Biden administration ignored 170 calls to 911 to that club. Biden never had any intent on stopping any of this. Biden’s open border was all done by design to control the country by mass immigration. Later, Democrats, led by Rep. Shri Thanedar, continued pursuing Trump's impeachment with seven articles against Trump. The Democrats will never stop. Finally, Trump plans to sign an executive order requiring truck drivers in the U.S. to pass English literacy tests to ensure they can read traffic signs and communicate effectively with officials, addressing safety concerns due to communication issues.  This is about public safety and the Democrats claim it’s racist. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, in Wisconsin, Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for allegedly obstructing law enforcement by helping an illegal immigrant escape from ICE.  Similarly, in New Mexico, former Judge Joel Cano was arrested for harboring an alleged illegal immigrant tied to TDA.  The Democrats and their media argue these arrests highlight an overreaching Trump administration, but the Judges’ actions were illegal, not the administration’s response. Judges are not above the law.  It’s absurd that Democrats frame the arrests, rather than the judges’ crimes, as the issue. The Democrat Party is an evil party. Also, Iran is unlikely to honor any negotiated deal, as they have historically failed to uphold agreements, especially after changes in U.S. leadership, such as when Trump leaves office. Some argue Iran has a right to domestic nuclear power. However, the U.S. is not negotiating with other nations that possess domestic nuclear power. The idea that Israel would drag us into war with Iran is ridiculous.  Later, the efforts by the left and isolationists (Soros-Koch) to take out Pete Hegseth and Mike Waltz, and the anti-Trump media joined by Iranian special pleaders is a grave disservice to Trump and intended to undermine him.  Finally, Rep Hakeem Jeffries boasted about blocking efforts to ensure only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections. Later, Russia is relentlessly attacking Ukraine, with Putin aiming to conquer it as a step toward Poland. Ukraine's biggest mistake was giving up its nuclear weapons, and the Biden administration's withholding of weapons to punish Russia was a significant error in the war. Meanwhile, Iran's former official, Mohammad-Javad Larijani, say they are reluctantly joining U.S. talks, criticizing American negotiators and Trump. He received due process before an immigration law judge and a board, was ordered deported, but evaded authorities. The Democrats’ support for Garcia reveals their hypocrisy. Their latest cause célèbre is an MS-13-affiliated domestic abuser who was already granted due process. Also, Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, dissented in the Supreme Court's midnight order in A.A.R.P. v. Trump, which blocked the Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan migrants under the Alien Enemies Act, arguing the decision was hasty, premature, and lacked clear jurisdiction. When the Supreme Court brazenly violates its own precedent and, indeed, a federal statute as it did Saturday morning, can that order be ignored? What would the Framers say? All this talk about the administration not complying with this or that court, here we have the High Court violating process and the law and apparently, there is no recourse. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, amid numerous threats from abroad and pressing domestic issues, it’s outrageous that the media is fixated on Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant, documented wife-beater, and alleged MS-13 gang member.  Garcia has been ruled deportable by immigration courts and the Department of Homeland Security due to his gang ties and illegal status. Despite clear evidence, the media ignores his criminality, and Democrats defend him. The ruling class protects Garcia while criticizing President Trump, yet it ignores Biden’s defiance of Supreme Court orders on student loans. Also, the 14th Amendment does not provide for birthright citizenship, contrary to media claims, and its authors never intended it to include such a right. At no time did the authors of the 14th Amendment ever mention birthright citizenship. For 40 years AFTER the ratification of the 14th Amendment no court had ruled, and no Congress had argued that there was something called birthright citizenship. Later, the Capital Research Center's report, "When Charities Betray America," examines how certain "pro-Palestinian" groups, specifically Within Our Lifetime (WOL), Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), and Code Pink, have increasingly promoted anti-American and anti-police rhetoric since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. Analyzing thousands of social media posts, the study found a 3,000% surge in calls for violence and a 186% increase in anti-American and anti-police keywords among 496 groups and activists, many tied to nonprofits or charities. Finally, Jim Trusty calls in to explain that the DOJ’s decision to seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, which raises complex legal issues, including federal jurisdiction over a traditionally state-handled crime. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Phoenix Eichner, a 20-year-old Florida State University student and son of a Leon County sheriff’s deputy, opened fire near the Student Union on the FSU campus in Tallahassee, killing two people and injuring six others. The media's response to this is so predictable. They focus on gun control but ignore other amendments, while advocating for due process for illegal immigrants. Not all violent deaths, like stabbings, involve guns, yet the media emphasizes the Second Amendment. This shooting, where the shooter’s mother is a deputy with necessary gun access, is unrelated to gun control. The media should clarify which amendments they prioritize and why. Also, Islamists follow a purist ideology that prioritizes the afterlife and seeks to eliminate barriers to pure Islam, including less devout Muslims and non-believers. The 9/11 attacks, led by Osama bin Laden, exemplified this ideology, as does the Muslim Brotherhood. Traditional deterrents fail against this mindset, which values the next life over the present, making Iran’s potential nuclear weapons a serious concern. Allowing a country that chants "Death to America" to develop and potentially use nuclear weapons is not noble. Later, Mark announced that President Trump had appointed him to the Homeland Security Advisory Council, which is a great honor. Those appointed to this board want nothing to do with open borders.  Afterward, the Supreme Court will review Trump’s plan to restrict birthright citizenship, which lacks a basis in the 14th Amendment. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, you are hearing it in the leftwing press, in the Never-Trump editorial pages and more - you cannot and must not deport anyone without some kind of notice and due process. Yet, there’s nothing from these people on how this is supposed to actually work. What kind of due process are they talking about? The kind of due process that applies to citizens? If not, then what lower standard suffices as constitutional due process? Exactly how would due process, of any kind, be administered to millions and millions of illegal immigrants? We don't have enough courts of any kind in our country to handle the tsunami of cases that would be involved. This was all intentional. The border was opened to anyone. This is the Cloward-Pivens strategy: flood the system, overwhelm the system, break the system, and in doing so achieve your goals. Effectively, this is massive amnesty. Also, it seems these Federal judges are trying to stop mass deportation efforts and disrupt the Trump administration’s response to Biden’s mass immigration policies. Later, Hans von Spakovsky calls in and explains that he was stunned by Judge Boasberg’s order because he’s blatantly defying the Supreme Court. Boasberg’s order was void from the moment he signed it. So how can he hold the Trump administration in contempt? Either Boasberg is incompetent or he’s deliberately ignoring the Supreme Court. Afterward, Jonathan Turley calls in to discuss the criminal referral against NY AG Letitia James. James claims ​that ​her ​Virginia ​home ​was ​her ​principal ​residence. ​That ​was ​not ​and ​cannot ​be ​true ​because ​she was and still ​is ​an ​official ​of ​the ​New ​York ​government ​who ​must ​live ​within ​the ​state. What's ​notable ​about ​her ​false ​statements ​is ​that ​each ​one ​​worked ​towards ​a ​better mortgage ​rate. ​ Then, the Declaration of Independence discusses natural law and natural rights. Where do these concepts originate? They are influenced by John Locke and Montesquieu, but not entirely, as they ultimately come from God. When they say the people are sovereign, that ide comes from God. This is why the government can never be sovereign. The United States is first county on earth to be founded on these principles. Additionally, it is grotesque that Sen. Chris Van Hollen is threatening the president of El Salvador by going to El Salvador and showing solidarity with Venezuelan gang members. What about all the people who were subjected to abuse and crime in the U.S by illegal aliens? This guy has completely lost it. Also, President Trump continues to try to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear missiles. The left-wing media and pro-Islamic influencers claim that Trump should be more diplomatic, but how can you be diplomatic with terrorists? It is not as easy as that; you can't trust Iran with nuclear bombs—it would be a disaster. Some of their arguments include concerns that married women who change their names face difficulties voting, which is unfounded since married women have always been able to prove their citizenship despite name changes. How interesting that all these programs that they are scared of losing require proof of citizenship. So why not illegal aliens? Also, Karoline Leavitt spoke today to highlight the transparency of the Trump administration on various issues. She noted that Trump answered over 300 questions from the media during his first cabinet meeting, which is 20 times more than the Biden administration did during its term. She then mentioned that 75 countries have reached out to Trump to discuss trade and tariffs, revealing the abusive nature of their previous tariffs. These countries received benefits for agreeing to the new tariffs, which were then finalized and signed. Levitt also added that if illegal aliens register and leave now, they might have the opportunity to return legally. If they do not comply, they will face the full extent of the law. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Sen. Chris Murphy and other Democrats met with Ukrainian President Zelensky before his meeting with Trump, urging him not to sign the minerals deal. The Democrats advised Zelensky to prioritize security arrangements. The Democrats' actions undermined Trump's deal, and Zelensky was foolish enough to go along with it. President Zelensky is playing into Putin's hands! He needs to suck it up, apologize to President Trump and do what's right for his country and sign that minerals deal. China’s out there trying to grab Taiwan, islands from the Philippines and Japan, and claiming the South China Sea like it’s their backyard—teaming up with Russia and cozying up to Iran and Saudi Arabia with the world’s biggest navy. President Trump delivered an exceptional, historic speech that was intriguing, motivating, exciting, and funny, outshining many other speeches. The Democrats’ disgraceful behavior—like not applauding a 13-year-old boy with brain cancer honored by the Secret Service—shows they’re disgraceful and unfit to run anything. Also, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Trump’s attempt to freeze foreign aid is a disgraceful ruling, exposing Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s clear contempt for him. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump put the hammer down on Iran, Russia, and the Hitler youth protestors at colleges and universities. Trump is adopting an aggressive and strategic approach to both foreign and domestic challenges. He is pressuring Russia and Ukraine to negotiate an end to their war with sanctions and diplomacy, while simultaneously threatening Iran if it does not agree to a nuclear deal. Domestically, he is taking a strong stance against antisemitic university protestors.  The Trump administration is taking actions that the Biden administration wouldn’t. We see Hitler youth antisemitism in the streets, and Trump is stepping up to address it. The Trump administration has canceled $400 million in grants and contracts to Columbia University due to "inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students." Also, over the last seven or eight years, China has significantly muscled up and is now a serious force. Billions of dollars have been spent on everything except the U.S. military, but Trump will fix that. Later, it’s fine to have people with strong opinions, but the hosts on The View are unhinged radicals. They constantly cross the line, with Sunny Hostin leading the pack as the worst offender. ABC News apparently has no issue with her calling for people to fight and die. Hostin needs to be fired for pushing violence like that. Finally, Kevin McCarthy calls in to explain that the Democrats are in chaos, fighting an internal civil war with no clear leader in the House, even after the election. In California, Gavin Newsom’s presidential ambitions have him clashing with the party by opposing men in women’s sports, fueling the divide. Later, the Democrats continue lying about the Republicans stripping Medicaid from millions of Americans. The needy are not going to lose their health care, and the Democrats know it. Afterward, Gov Ron DeSantis called in and questioned whether private property truly exists when homeowners must continuously pay escalating property taxes to the government.  He’s pushing to eliminate Florida property taxes and plans to put it on the ballot, standing with taxpayers. Also, Florida law enforcement is helping ICE enforce immigration law. Finally, why shouldn’t NPR be sold? Why do we even have government-funded radio? There’s so many other options to listen to now.
