How come we didn't have all these drilling issues and gas issues and all the rest of it when Trump was president?

Which is why Biden and his team of morons have gotten together and keep blaming Putin.

So now Biden's come up with a brilliant idea. Let us suspend the federal gas tax for 90 days.

90 days. And by the way, Russia's selling more oil and gas than ever before making a fortune.

So even that's not working. So let's do it this way. In their own words, Obama at a campaign rally in April 2008 on a gas tax holiday.

April 2008, cut one go.

I know that we're having a debate right now about the gas tax holiday. I know how brutal this is on folks right now.

And I know they need relief, which is why I've offered a middle-class tax cut for every American $1,000 for working families that they can deal not only with gas prices but rising health care costs and rising grocery costs.

But for us to suggest that 30 cents a day for three months is real relief. That that's a real energy policy.

Means that we are not tackling the problem that has to be tackling. We are offering gimmicks. When we're offering the same thing, the John McCain's offering on the cheek. That means we're not presenting a truthful response to the challenges that we face in America.

We can do better than that this time.

Yeah, right. Now, compare that with Biden today at the White House. Cut for go.

I suspended the 18 cent gas tax, federal gas tax for the next 90 days. We can bring down the price of gas and give families just a little bit of relief.

I call on the companies to pass this along every penny of this 18-centre reduction to the consumers. There's no time now for profiteering.

There are a number of other proposals by Democrats in the House and the Senate. And I hope my call for action can help move those proposals for it as well.

But we can also cut gas prices even more in another way. That's why the second action I'm taking is calling on states to either suspend the state gas tax as well or find other ways to deliver some relief.
