you to your inner truth with your fifth chakra where we left off yesterday.

In today's episode you will discover a visualization you can do as you meditate today for your sixth chakra.

Your sixth chakra is located right at the top of your spine, right in the back of your neck where there's a dip, it's called your medulla oblongata.

And this is representative of your ego. In fact in yoga and meditation it is

considered to be the seat of your attachments.

So it's not as though the things that you want or you desire or the things you have are necessarily making
