Here you are. Look at what you're doing for yourself. Getting ready to meditate. In today's episode, I encourage you to do something you might not be familiar with doing and that is to get

outside and walk in nature. When you walk in nature you connect to yourself in a whole different way

because you are part of nature and when you allow yourself to become immersed in the nourishing energy of nature.

It takes your meditation to the next level.

You feel more whole and at peace with yourself.

In fact, nature,

especially walking in places with lots of green plants.

In Japan, this is a special ritual that they do. It's also a healing technique because they found that spending

time in green places, especially with tall green trees, helps to even shrink tumors. you can inhale that are present when you walk in certain areas.

In fact, in Japan, they've measured the air quality and what's in the air in these particular areas.

And this is called Forest Bathing or Shrin Rin Yoko and there are lots of places in the world where people are beginning to connect with nature and walk in nature.

You don't have to go anywhere in particular.

You can simply walk through your neighborhood because

walking in nature is shown to help you not only burn fat or lose weight, but to decrease depression significantly.

And it also helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve your mood, and increase your focus and energy.
