I loved sitting down with Lojo and hearing about his latest book, Love Hurts, Buddhist advice for the heartbroken.

It isn't a sad book at all, actually. In fact, he shares the universal nature of heartbreak

and how it connects us to one another. From the little heartbreaks we experience every day

to the big heartbreaks that shake us to the core. He was inspired to write the book because of

a series of personal heartbreaks that devastated him.

His Beyonce left him, he lost a job he loved, and then one of his dearest friends died at the age of 29.

He fell apart.
