I'm your host Heather McMahon. How are you?

Now the day this comes out very exciting. It's my birthday.

36 36 years old. It's March 15,

each two Brute, the day the Julius Caesar died and the day that I was born.

And if that isn't like when one door closes, another door opens.

I don't know what is. Okay. You know, the king of the Roman Empire, Julius Caesar, was he the king?

He was important, died and then she was birthed.

So beware of the heights of March, aka your girls coming over and she's going to each add a house

and home. So don't leave out a shirk cutery board because you know what? Mama likes to snack.

But it's great. I'm feeling good. You know, I'm going into my 36 year and I'm feeling good.

And I am always one of those people. I procrastinate up into my, you know, my birthday. I'm like a

week out. Okay. I'm going to hit the gym. I'm going to hit the sauna. I'm going to do some sort of

like barbaric lifestyle change at the drop of a hat a week before my birthday. Like I'm going to

start this new year. I totally changed person by doing cold plunges and juicing. It's not happening.

I do a 30 second cold blast of the shower and it has really helped my central nervous system.

So shout out to Wim Hof, that crazy fucker. But what else? I, you know, I just feel good going

into my 36 year, but I will say I have, you know, Jeff and I, he picked me up from the airport

yesterday. We did our usual routine. He picks me up. We go to Houston's. We split a little, uh,
