I think for me, I just get out and do the school run, drop the kids off and then I'm out then. And so I just go straight from the school run and bank the miles in there and then I can feel smug all day. Yeah. You see, I'm not feeling like that today. So you're really, it's really annoying at the moment. I'm feeling frustrated. Obviously, I mean, you've been a pro-runner in the past. So now, how often do you go running? So now the focus of my running is very different. So rather than training for performance, I don't really consider myself in training mode. I think I just run for sanity as a mother of three and run to keep healthy and fit. |
