it's been a strange year for sure. But with that, if I was to take away some positives out of all the

uncertainty, it would be the fact that many people have taken advantage of that one-hour exercise

in lockdown. And they've started running.

In fact, I think this year we've been forced to think about our health and well-being more than ever,

as the government's now actively encouraging us to take a healthier approach to our lives,

to keep active, to eat well, to cut out the rubbish.
