Your challenge this week has been to create a quest. And as you create a quest, you begin to experience more adventure and excitement in your life.

A quest moves you a little out of your comfort zone and it allows you to explore different options that are around you that you may never have taken advantage of.

I've heard from so many of you this week about your quest. I heard from a fellow meditator who is cooking her way through a cookbook that used to be her mother's.

I have heard from a fellow meditator who is going to visit every single continent in the world.

He's already visited quite a few, but he decided to make the extra effort to visit every single continent.

So this is just an example of a few of the different quests I've heard about this week.

I want to share with you some wise words of wisdom from the book we've been following along this week by Chris Gillebo, the happiness of pursuit.

And he gives a few tips about creating a quest. He says, don't just do something fun. Find a way to create structure around a project and build in a timeline.

And this is really important in regards to your quest because if you think about something you're going to do in a random way, chances are you might not actually get around to doing it.

Or maybe you'll start your quest, but it's not really a new adventure or something you have to put any effort into doing.
