I'm Mary Mechley and welcome to a brand new series we're launching into this week.

0:16.7

This week you're going to be guided as part of a continuation from last week's series.

0:25.9

I know so many of you really enjoyed last week's series because I received more messages

0:32.3

than I usually do from you letting me know how much you enjoyed creating a quest.

0:39.5

For many of you you started doing things that you put off doing for a while or you started

0:47.0

she's a very accomplished person and I imagine that it has a lot to do with her early morning

2:23.2

schedule that starts at 4am. I have been doing this 5am wake up and I've gone through spurts where

I do it regularly and I get so much done and then I haven't done it in probably about a year and

2:44.8
