on what matters most. You begin to honor yourself and you begin to listen to your own inner wisdom and this is the beauty of concentration.

joining us, no worries. You can begin a focused challenge today. Your challenge is to carve out some time to concentrate and focus on something that matters to you.

This might be reclaiming your life because you've been so distracted.

You may feel like your time and your attention, your most precious commodities are on someone else's agenda.

It could be the demands of work, time with loved ones. It could be the news and media

and all that's happening in the world. So this week is your time to start living your life on your own agenda again.

I'm going to share a technique with you to help you concentrate and I also want to

encourage you to make sure that as you do this week's challenge to concentrate and focus make sure that you set aside

time to do this. You're probably spending time doing so many things.

Create some time to do this most important ritual for yourself.
