As you get ready to meditate or even to do one of the meditation techniques

as you go throughout your day, you will find more peace, energy, and clarity,

and that's sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself all day long.

where we're exploring your brain health in regard to concentration and you are

going to discover a breathing technique that you can do to help you let go of distraction to focus your mind.

This is a breathing technique that has been noted by researchers to help people focus.

It's a great technique to do when you can't seem to focus your thoughts or when

when negative or disturbing thoughts seem to filter through your mind despite your best efforts to focus.

This technique has you counting your breath cycles.

As you inhale and exhale, that's one breath cycle.

When you inhale and exhale again, that's two. Inhale and exhale and exhale again,

again, that's three, and so on.

This allows your mind to relax.

When you engage yourself fully
