So today, guys, we're going to do something a little bit different. It's not going to be an episode where I educate you.

This is actually going to be an episode where we do some self-reflection and I'm going to walk you through a little technique that you can come back to

in moments where you feel overwhelmed, where you feel like the weight of the world is just

fucking on your shoulders. When you're feeling that way, I want you to have a safe place where you

can come to check in with yourself and see, okay, what's actually going on. I believe that when we're in

overwhelm, we are actually using our minds, using our ego to distract us from what's actually going on.

The pain, the feeling, the sadness, the hurt that is actually going on within our body,

and we process it in a way that results in overwhelm because we aren't able to fully process it. And I think I feel the most

overwhelmed when I have uncertainty, when I don't know what's going on within my mind,

within my life. You know, I don't really know why I'm feeling the way that I'm feeling.

And that's where I think overwhelm comes into play. So I want you to be able to come back to this episode in moments of overwhelm so that we can do a little body check in

and see what is going on within our hearts. And how can we identify it? Because when we can name it and when

we can identify it, we are able to shift it more easily.

And we are able to know what we are shifting and what we are evolving and what we are transforming

and what needs our attention in that moment. So take a comfortable seat with me. Maybe you want to

lay on your back on the floor and then put your feet up on the wall.

Maybe you want to sit so that your back has some support or maybe you want to lay all the
