Hello my friend, welcome to a very special episode of new mindset who does.

It is a music and mindfulness episode and today I'm joined by the one and only Andy

grammar to bring to life a message of hope and love in a peaceful and energetic way.

And I couldn't be more excited to bring some energy and some music to love to reminding

you that you matter no matter what's in your bank account the things you haven't yet

done, you matter.

And you deserve to love and to be loved even if you're learning to love yourself.

Thanks Case, I am genuinely excited to be here with you and bring together music and

mindfulness.

I love to try to get into topics that could be horribly cheesy but have heart underneath

them and I think that the money question is something that I really struggle with personally

of like how much energy how much time to put into it.

And I wake up and think like what's the best day I could have?

I think what a lot of people would think is like man like the best meal or can we fly

somewhere really far away and go to like an awesome resort or should we go to Disneyland

or what do we get to do?

And the times that I am the happiest and the most fulfilled is when I am spending time

with people that I love with really good relationships, deep depth to relationships and being

of service to other people.

So this is a song that tries to get after that kind of cliche topic which is that money

can't buy you happiness.

Again, that's that I know that's a cliche but I do think there's a lot of deep truth
