new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I have just one question that I'd really encourage you

to ask yourself personally I try to ask myself this question quite often

because frankly I've found the answer to it really dictates the direction you

head in in your life that is it determines whether you blame yourself if

you're mean to yourself if you don't forgive yourself for your past and so in

the present you doubt yourself and your critical of yourself and that of course

I think as the catalyst then for all kinds of behaviors that put you in hurtful

negative standard negotiated circumstances right because when you blame yourself

for mistakes of your past or missteps when you see your past as proof of what

you don't deserve today or how you're not lovable or not talented enough today

well that then sets the expectation for the future and reality will be close to

follow unless you challenge that assumption so the simple question that I'd

encourage you to ask yourself is as follows when you look back what do you see

when you look back what do you see in your life amidst your memories amidst the

experiences that brought you to this moment in your life looking back what do you

see what is your honest answer to that question do you see someone who was for
