Hi, hi, hi, hey, oh my god, hi, how are you doing? I'm doing amazing. I'm doing great. I'm

awesome. I would like to preface this episode and all episodes moving forward until probably October

We've reached life update. We're moving. We closed Eskro on our new house last week. Very exciting

stuff. We're in the process of selling our current home, whatever, kill me, beat me, stab me.

If you're new to this podcast, I have been legally and illegally stalking this home for the past

nine months, nine to ten months. Long story short, I was very specific to which neighborhood I

wanted to live in. These houses don't really go for sale often. My realtor sends me a listing saying,

oh, this is coming soon. Maybe I broke in. I can say that now. I got the keys fully broken,

looked around as like, holy shit, I want this house. I want this house.

Had dinner with my grandparents later that week. They asked me, oh, how's the house hunt coming?

I say, oh, great. I actually found this amazing house that I love. They say, what's the address?

I give them the address. They start crying. They got married in the backyard. blah, blah, blah.

I've never been there before. It was actually great that it happened that way.

Because you know, some people, normal people, stable people, emotional people, vulnerable people,

vulnerable. Did I? I can't speak. I'm so sorry. She is on the edge. She is on wafer wafer thin ice.

Most people that would be like, oh, my God, it makes it even better. If anything, the family history

was off-putting to me. Now, I milked it, obviously, for leverage later during my real estate

woes with the letters and the white pick of fence and the button downs and the shit suits.

I'm like, this is the home that I was meant to start my family. All of that live, laugh, love.
