Usually the challenge is involve sending gratitude to someone or reaching out to help someone.

Well, this week it's all about asking for help in some way.

Even if it's simply to ask someone for directions somewhere or to reach out to someone

who might be able to help you in a really meaningful way, maybe a loved one,

maybe a friend or a neighbor could help you.

And the reason I want to share this challenge with you is because

as we continue through this pandemic and as there's so much disruption happening around us,

it's easy to lose faith in the goodness of the world and to feel disconnected from others.

Allow others the grace to help you, people love to help others.

When it really comes down to it, we thrive on helping others.

So allow people to help you in some way.

This can help to restore your faith in humanity despite all the negative news out there.
