theme, valuing your self-worth. And in today's episode, I'll begin by sharing some insight about this week's theme,

and then you're going to be guided in what I call a flow meditation and this is where

you layer together the different meditation techniques you've been exploring this week.

And so you'll be guided with an affirmation, a breathing technique, a visualization,

you can do a moodra, and all of these techniques combined help you to tune into your

inner stillness more deeply. So let me share your insight for today. I wanted to share from a book that's a very popular book from a well-known author,

Bren Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection.

And in this book, she discusses how one of the reasons why you may experience a sense of lack or self-doubt to where you don't honor yourself is because of shame.

And in the book she discusses the harmful effects of shame on your self-worth. And she shares that letting go of

shame and embracing your imperfections with compassion and acceptance can help you let go of this shame.

And I want to guide you today to do something that tweaks this a bit.

And that is where you begin to not only let go of the shame and to embrace your imperfection, but rather to create a new narrative.
