Pause at least 3 times throughout your day and accept change. Think of the changes that are constantly occurring throughout your day and life. Accept whatever is trying to happen.

week's series and this week's series too. Well here we are at the next to the last episode of our series to allow change.

How is it going? Are you finding that you're feeling pretty good about the change

that's happening this week or even the process of organizing in your thoughts what

you want to change about your life. You might have been having fun each day thinking about one small change you want to make in your life

It could be small subtle changes such as going to bed earlier or eating better or connecting

with someone who makes you laugh if you feel as though things have been

getting a little too serious with you these days.

So whatever you do consistently over time creates the biggest change in your life and it's definitely the key to a successful

meditation ritual when you give yourself time to slow down and connect to the best part of who you are where you listen to your
