Welcome to our meditation series on "Accepting Change." Change is a natural part of life, yet we often resist it due to fear or uncertainty. In this series, you will explore how to cultivate acceptance and embrace change as an opportunity for growth and transformation. Each meditation will guide you to a place of inner peace and understanding, allowing you to navigate life's transitions with grace and resilience. Join us on this journey of acceptance and transformation.

This is episode 7 of this week's 7-day meditation series, "Accepting Change," 1949-1955.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: MINI-MOMENTS OF ACCEPTANCE

Pause at least 3 times throughout your day and accept change. Think of the changes that are constantly occurring throughout your day and life. Accept whatever is trying to happen.

A DIFFERENT MEDITATION TECHNIQUE EVERY DAY FOCUSED ON A WEEKLY THEME:

You are guided with a different meditation technique every day that is customized for the week's theme. Weave the techniques into the most stressful times of your day to manage difficult emotions. The meditation techniques help to calm the "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
