Summary
Once a taboo subject, sexual health is something we’re learning to talk about more openly. But despite increased awareness around sexual health it can still be neglected for all sorts of reasons.
Rather than worrying unnecessarily or following unfounded advice let’s open up the conversation even further to support our sexual health as well as our partners. This week’s Food For Thought sees Dr Doireann O’Leary and I discuss what sexual health encompasses, the myths surrounding it and how we can look after ours.
