Summary

Disclaimer: This episode is best listened to without the kids around! Chalene took to Instagram and asked her followers for any questions they might have for both herself and Bret. And, out of all the topics, questions about sex were — by far — the most frequently asked! So, TMI isn't a thing today as Chalene and Bret answer everything from: how often do they really have sex, how their sex life has been since the surgery, what if one person wants more sex than the other, sex toys, and so much more!

Today, we are talking about sex.

0:06.0

And right now you're talking about our sex life.

0:08.8

And I know that sounds kind of strange, but based on your questions coming from Instagram,

0:15.7

it's what people wanted to know about.

0:17.2

0:37.8

And they think it could be better.

0:39.0

Or they wonder, is this normal?

0:40.7

Or is this just a phase where things different or are things going to be improved when our

0:46.6

kids are out of the house or when our kids are grown or after filling the blank?

0:50.4

I mean, obviously, we're not sex experts.

1:01.0

we have because we do have a really, really great relationship and a big piece of that

1:07.6

is not only our sexual intimacy, but also our emotional intimacy.

1:11.4

So even though we don't talk a lot about the emotional intimacy that we have between

1:15.5

the two of us, after recording this with bread, I realized that should probably come

1:20.5

first.

1:21.7

So if you haven't listened to that episode, we've done a few on emotional intimacy.
