Summary

If you’re struggling to let go of something, we recommend paying attention to what holding on actually feels like. Does it make your stomach hurt? Rising anxiety and racing thoughts? When we’re able to pay attention to how the body feels, we’re able to start distancing ourselves from our thoughts. 1:47.5

down, intrigued by the coconuts and the smell of the banana and pops his or her hand in

1:55.4

to grab the treat. The hole however has been crafted so that the hand can go in but it

2:02.4

can't come out. The monkey is in a real dilemma. Does it let go of the delicious treats

2:09.6

and run or does it stay attached to the banana and risk being caught?

2:16.5

Now according to this story most monkeys don't let go. Letting go is not always as easy
