and doubt can creep in and sabotage how you feel about yourself. So you begin to lose trust

in your instincts and you begin to push aside your intuition. So one of the most powerful ways

to begin to trust yourself is to tune into what excites you about life, your passions. This is where

you will find your purpose and to begin to pursue your purpose. And this is the third week of this

brand new year as you begin a new journey. And so as you begin with New Year's resolutions

at the beginning of the year and I invited you to select a word to represent your year,

which you aspire to this year. And as you are excited and there's a fresh new year ahead of you,

you can begin to notice your confidence begin to wane. You can begin to second guess

what you hope to achieve. You can begin to feel doubtful about your goals and your purpose.

Your challenge is to begin to notice those doubts and fears and to question their validity.

what you've noticed about your thoughts. You may be surprised that you are actually thinking

several thoughts that cause you to doubt yourself. These are thoughts that may be so pervasive
