week. This could be something that you've been wanting to start or complete for a while, but you haven't gotten around to it or maybe you put it off.

Maybe you're so distracted by the COVID-19

coronavirus that you're just not really focusing on those things that matter most.

Well, this is your week to concentrate and get back on track with your life as best as you can. Now your focus might be something that isn't

so all-consuming. You might have a lot going on and you might not have a lot of extra time to

concentrate. So for you, you might choose building movement into your day each week.

Or you might choose journaling to concentrate your thoughts and maybe let yourself process emotions
