We are surrounded by this misinformation, a lot of myths. We know this. You're a therapist, for God's

sakes, John. People struggle with love. That's the thing we struggle with the most, is love.

And so how do we learn how to do it? I agree. I agree.

This is John Kim. You're listening to the Angry Therapist podcast, the only place where we can talk about feelings without lighting sage or punching drywall. And today we're talking about love because nothing activates your inner child faster than a text that says, can we talk?

Robin. Robin, can we talk today? John, it would be my greatest pleasure to talk to you, my man.

As I get older, all my jokes are just dad jokes. They're so, you know, but it is what it is. I'm leaning into it. Actually, I love those jokes. And talk about burning sage. I mean, I've got a lot of experience with Sage and Palo Santo and all of that for sure.

This is a special moment for me. I just want to take a breath. And if you're watching this on YouTube or Spotify, I'm going to hold something up. And I mean, talk about manifestation. and I just want to take a second just, God, it's so crazy to hold it in my hand, Robin.

I know, John. And what a gift to just be a part of this process, having conversations,

visualizing some things, having ideas. And then just a few months later, you wrote your first book.

And here it is, it's also beautiful. So Robin's first book, it's called Real Love Ready. And we're

going to get into it today. And also at the end, of course, word pre-order it. Before we talk about love, which I talk about often, this is also something you talk about a lot. And I'm just going to like dive into it by going through some of your table of contents. But I want to put a bookmark here. And I want to talk about like like, how this whole thing started. Yes. Your passion to educate people on love. And also, it's not just romantic love, but just kind of love all-encompassing, right? Love all-encompassing. and an angel and somebody who, like the fact that we're in each other's lives and now we're

working together with our publishing company, this is the stuff the dreams are made of. And I just

that have happened seamlessly, not to say, you know, there isn't going to be, you know, mountains to climb and speed bumps and stuff, but things that happen very kind of organically, I always feel like is greater than me. And I got to get out of my own way because something bigger is happening.
