Summary

This week's guest is a man you'd know for his voice before his passion for running, but don't let that fool you. Kevin Simm, formerly of Liberty X, winner of The Voice and now lead singer of Wet Wet Wet hasn't always been a runner, but is now passionate pounder of the pavement, this year completing two marathons within two days! Kevin and Jenni discuss how running transforms his mental health, helping him out of dark places, how it helps his singing, nipple chafing, running two marathons on consecutive days and how Runpod has helped motivate him whilst out running. Here's hoping this will motivate you! Enjoy!
