Kathryn Plummer is a former Stanford volleyball player, where she earned three NCAA championship titles and was named the NCAA player of the year two years in a row. On top of her collegiate accolades, Kathryn is the only player in history to win FIVB World Championship medals in both indoor and beach volleyball. Kathryn dishes on the "secret sauce" that was the key to her and the team's success at Stanford, as well as getting personal about the pressure she faced and how she managed to succeed despite the rigorous academic and athletic lifestyle as a Stanford athlete. Kathryn also talks about finding her identity off the court, how she learned to ask for help, and what it's like to be the best college volleyball player in the nation. You've never heard Kathryn as real or raw as she is during this interview!
