Hi and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Tuesday. It's Eve here. So do you ever have those

days where things just don't go according to plan? You know, you start the day feeling

good in control and then everything just gets thrown out the window and you just want

the day to end. I know I can't see you but my guess is your head might be nodding. Mine

included because I had one of those days just last week. In fact, it was Thursday just

to be specific. For those of you who tuned in, you'll have heard me talking all about

sleep. So I was in the studio every day doing this podcast but also a host of other things

to do with the launch of the Netflix show. There was a lot of nervous energy in the air

as it's kind of overwhelming to have a show go live but also kind of exciting. All round

I was just a little bit anxious about it. Everything had been planned out meticulously. There

was a little wiggle room but not a lot and the day was really full. I didn't want to be

late so I headed down to the garage to get the car in good time. All the lights were

out which I thought was a bit odd but didn't think too much about it. I got into the car

and drove to the gate but it wouldn't open. I tried again and nothing. Again and nothing.

I then tried to open it manually, very unsuccessfully. And what made matters worse was to get back

upstairs. I needed a key to access the lift which I realized I'd left upstairs and my
