surfaces. You edit yourself mid-sentence, you say, I'm fine with whatever, and there's a part

of you that actually means it. You make decisions based on what keeps things smooth instead of what

feels really true. And somewhere along the way, you stop recognizing your own voice, your own wants,

your own needs. This work of stepping into our

authenticity, it's not about confidence or finding yourself. It's about stopping the conditioned

self-abandonment. Oh my beauty, your truth didn't disappear. Your body just learned it wasn't

safe to lead with it.

And you don't get it back by thinking harder or like trying to be more authentic or getting

weird when that's not you. No, you get it back by teaching your nervous system that your inner
