You know, today's conversation with Adam Craig kind of blew me away. This guy started out with a ton of

single family heavy lifts and applied a lot of that same logic and lessons learned to doing

commercial buildings, but not just commercial buildings, really commercial buildings that

nobody else wants. No, as soon as he said a

couple of words off the bat, I was terrified. Like, hold on, what kind of deals are you doing,

man? But he was incredibly impressive. I mean, Adam kind of built up his business and single family

and then transitioned. And he said this after we already were done recording, but he said,

Ash, you were a big mentor of mine. And, you know, joining your group was honestly one of the

things that got me into this. And that got cut off. But, Osh, kudos to you. He really said

you were beneficial in that. Thank you. And Amanda and I are in the same mastermind. This was a student of ours
