My name is Mike Foster and this is fun therapy. Well I read the other day that one of the deepest needs of a human being is to be appreciated.

But I'm so with you and for you and cheering you on. I believe in you. And my life and my work is about helping people become strong and emotionally fit and everything I do is about us being less afraid of our stories and how we can live

fierce and free. You know sometimes I still feel like that quiet skinny nerdy junior high kid without a lot of friends.

And I still can get pretty judge you about myself and sometimes I you know I listen to this

podcast and I go like why did I say that or maybe I should have said this or I listened to my voice and I think,

that sounds kind of wimpy.
