I'm looking forward to talking about sleep today and hopefully helping you have better sleep and some tips and tricks and some things that will help you rest well when you go to bed to help you become a friend of your pillow again.

called Strongest. It's gonna be May 16th and 17th in San Diego. It's a Thursday and Friday and it's going to be a small gathering because I like small gatherings and I because I like to learn people's names. I like us to interact. conversations and so we're gonna keep it small and I'm gonna limit it to about

40 people or so and I'm calling this really my first official fun therapy event.

and how to process our emotions and live healthy lives with our emotions.
