Hey, everybody, welcome back. It's good to have you here. My guest this week is the one and only coach Jason Coop, the Mr. Miyagi Volta Running, as I like to call him. And Coop has been my personal coach for seven years. He is the single biggest contributing factor to the moderate level of success that I've achieved in the sport of trail and ultra running.

well over the course of our seven year relationship. We've also learned a lot from one another,
