Hello again. Welcome back to the well. I've missed you guys. I am, of course, your host, Dylan Bowman.

0:22.1

And I'm happy to be back recording after a few weeks off. I was busy doing some other things,

0:28.5

but I am rested and rejuvenated in midseason form here in July of 2020. And today I am happy and proud to bring you a super fun conversation with

0:40.4

Sasha de Julian. Sasha is a professional climber by trade, but that is a very small part of

0:49.0

who she is. And for that reason, I really look up to her as being the embodiment or the personification

0:59.4

And we go into all that subject matter here.

2:12.6

Sasha and I only connected last week when we did an Instagram live with one of our mutual

2:18.0

sponsors, ProTech on her Instagram account.

2:22.7

You could probably find it there.

2:24.4

If you're interested in watching that, we talked about keeping ourselves healthy through

2:29.5

our mobility exercises with the help of pro tech.

2:34.0

And it was then that, yeah, Sasha and I decided to do a

2:38.7

podcast. And it was a true honor to get to know her a little bit better. And I think you guys

2:46.3

will grow to become great fans of her as well. As always, I appreciate you guys tuning in. If you do
